Returns & Exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, contact email@example.com with your order number/receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot offer refunds if you pay with clearpay. We would like to, however,
ClearPay does not allow this feature. If you are unhappy with your clearpay purchase, please get in touch and we will try and help as best we can.
A portion of revenue from orders over £50 is donated to World Land Trust - this donation cannot be refunded.
Tree Planter Rings are non-refundable due to their charitable cause.
Due to the pandemic we cannot currently accept returns on items specifically warn on faces or hands, e.g. face masks and gloves.
However, if you do have an issue please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
